Shipping Policy

Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — please check back for updates.


Free Shipping Shipping costs are included in our retail prices so what you see is what you pay — no hidden costs or surprises at checkout.


Self-Shipped Items (Original Artwork & Selected Products)

Items shipped directly by us are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which includes tracking and compensation cover as standard.

We aim to dispatch all self-shipped items within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. Once dispatched, delivery is typically within 2-3 working days, giving an estimated total of 5-8 working days from order to delivery in most cases.

Please note that delivery timescales are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Royal Mail may experience delays during busy periods.


Print on Demand Items

Print on demand items are produced and dispatched directly by our print partner. Each item is made specifically for your order, which means dispatch typically takes 2-5 working days, with delivery a further 2-4 working days. Total delivery time is therefore estimated at 4-9 working days from the date of order.

These timescales are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We work with carefully vetted print partners to ensure the best possible quality and service.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where applicable. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.


Non-Delivery & Lost Parcels

Items shipped by us: In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, please contact us at wasson@porthshore.com. Royal Mail requires a waiting period of 10 working days beyond the expected delivery date before a parcel can be officially declared lost. We will investigate promptly and keep you informed throughout. Once a loss is confirmed, we will issue a full refund or replacement as appropriate.

Print on demand items: For print on demand orders, in the event of non-delivery please contact us at wasson@porthshore.com and we will liaise with our print partner to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will keep you informed throughout and ensure your order is either resent or refunded.


Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at wasson@porthshore.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage costs may apply in this instance.


Packaging We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Original artwork is packaged using appropriate protective materials. We are mindful of our environmental impact and use recyclable packaging wherever possible.
